Liebherr Telescopic Mobile Crane LTM 1750-9.1.
Crane Carrier
Fully Suspended Liebherr 9-Axle carrier with hydro-pneumatic axle suspension Nieveaumatic with level adjustment. Liebherr diesel engine with approx. 500kW (680 HP), exhaust emission acc. to 97/68/EC and EPA/CARB, Spark arrestor, ZF TC Tronic automatic 12 speed shift gear with torque converter and intarder. Transfer gearbox, Drive 18X8. Tyres 525/80R25 (20.5R25. ZF-Steering system -2 circuits with active rear axle steering, all wheel steering, crab walk. Compressed air servo brake system- 2 circuits with disc brakes and ALS. Eddy Current brake type Telma. Axles and Suspension cylinder's demanding low maintenance, maintenance free drive shafts. Corrosion resistant spacious carrier cabin with engine-independent heating including timer air condition and CD radio. Hydraulic start-type outriggers, removable outrigger pads. Mobile operating and indicating unit. (BTT Bluetooth Terminal) for comfortable support including electronic inclinometer, supporting pressure indication and automatic levelling illumination of supporting area. Acoustic reverse drive alarm. Camera system for reverse drive with color monitor. Maneuvering coupling at front.
Superstructure
Liebherr Roller Bearing slewing ring connecting carrier and superstructure. Central greasing. Liebherr Diesel engine with approx. 270kW (367HP), intergraded in the counterweight frame. Exhaust emission acc. to 97/68EC and EPA/CARB, Spark arrestor, ECOmode. Hydraulic system with automatic capacity control. Electro-hydraulic control of crane. Hoisting gear and slewing gear with closed oil circuits, Luffing and telescoping gear with open oil circuits, Oil cooler. Telescopic boom consisting of the pivot section and three telescope sections, 171', TELEMATIC. 2 working flood lights at top of pivot section (Xenon), electrically adjustable. Corrosion-resistant crane cabin, tiltable hydraulically backwards 20°, with engine-independent heating incl. timer, air condition and CD-Radio. Monitoring of the winch by camera and color display. Counterweight 448,000 lbs. Emergency operations of crane hydraulic, Safety devices including LICCON 2 overload safety indicator incl. standard program with electronic inclinometer and supporting pressure indication. Test system for servicing. LICCON work planner. Wind Gauge. Flight warning light. Working area limitation.
