    The XCMG QY25K5C is a 25-ton truck crane with overall dimensions of 12,850 × 2,550 × 3,480 mm, a wheelbase of 4,500 + 1,350 mm, and a gross vehicle weight of 33,000 kg in travel mode. Powered by a Shangchai SC9DF300.1Q5 engine delivering 221 kW, with a maximum travel speed of ≥90 km/h, maximum gradeability of ≥40%, and a minimum turning diameter of ≤21 m. Maximum rated lifting capacity is 25 tonnes, with a maximum lifting moment of 1,132 kN·m at base boom and 713 kN·m at fully extended main boom. The main boom features a 5-section U-shaped welded box structure with a length of 10.8–42 m, and a 9 m jib is available, achieving a maximum lifting height of 51 m with main boom plus jib. Outrigger spans are 5.5 m longitudinally and 6.4 m laterally. Maximum lifting height at base boom is 10.1 m, with main boom reaching 40.7 m and jib reaching 9.5 m.
